Treasure Hunt Int. — Terms of Use

1. Game Master Authority
All riddles, their design, and their official solutions are exclusively created and determined by the Game Master.

2. Duration of Each Treasure
The duration of each treasure hunt is defined by the Game Master and ends when the respective riddle has been successfully solved.

3. Winning Process
When the correct solution to a riddle is submitted to the system, the player will receive a unique winner code. The winner is the first player who sends this winner code to the Game Master via email at treasure.hunt.int@gmail.com.

4. Fair Play and Hacking
Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or obtain the winner code or access the game system by methods other than solving the riddle will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize
The prize for each treasure is €50, unless a different amount is explicitly stated in the official announcement for that treasure.

6. Modifications and Updates
The Game Master reserves the right to modify the rules, riddles, or prizes at any time to ensure fair play and the integrity of the game.

7. Responsibility
By participating, players agree to play fairly and respect the structure of the game. Treasure Hunt Int. is not responsible for technical issues, access limitations, or email delivery delays.

1. Αρμοδιότητα του Game Master
Όλοι οι γρίφοι και οι επίσημες λύσεις τους δημιουργούνται και καθορίζονται αποκλειστικά από τον Game Master.

2. Διάρκεια κάθε Θησαυρού
Η διάρκεια κάθε θησαυρού καθορίζεται από τον Game Master και λήγει με την επιτυχή επίλυση του αντίστοιχου γρίφου.

3. Διαδικασία Νίκης
Όταν δοθεί στο σύστημα η σωστή λύση του γρίφου, ο παίκτης θα λάβει έναν μοναδικό νικητήριο κωδικό. Νικητής αναγνωρίζεται ο πρώτος παίκτης που θα στείλει τον κωδικό αυτόν στον Game Master στο email treasure.hunt.int@gmail.com.

4. Δίκαιο Παιχνίδι & Χάκινγκ
Οποιαδήποτε προσπάθεια χάκινγκ, παραβίασης ή εύρεσης του νικητήριου κωδικού με τρόπο διαφορετικό από την επίλυση του γρίφου δεν θα γίνεται αποδεκτή και οδηγεί σε αποκλεισμό.

5. Έπαθλο
Το έπαθλο κάθε θησαυρού είναι 50€, εκτός αν ανακοινωθεί ρητά διαφορετικά για συγκεκριμένο θησαυρό.

6. Τροποποιήσεις & Ενημερώσεις
Ο Game Master διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιεί τους κανόνες, τους γρίφους ή τα έπαθλα οποτεδήποτε, για τη διασφάλιση της δίκαιης διεξαγωγής του παιχνιδιού.

7. Ευθύνη
Με τη συμμετοχή του, κάθε παίκτης αποδέχεται ότι θα παίζει δίκαια και θα σέβεται τη δομή του παιχνιδιού. Το Treasure Hunt Int. δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τεχνικά προβλήματα, περιορισμούς πρόσβασης ή καθυστερήσεις στην αποστολή email.
